The Independent Safeguarding Authority (ISA) registration will be transferable. That is, if a person were to change jobs or take up a new voluntary activity, they would not need to apply again. No person’s registration status can be divulged without their consent, except  in instances where by law, or otherwise, an enhanced CRB check is required.
