Being a working farm, no two days are quite the same! As a mixed farm we have many types of farm animals and we grow a variety of crops, including spring barley, pumpkins and sweetcorn. Lambing, shearing, haymaking and the harvest punctuate our farming year and the births of lambs, goat kids, calves, piglets, foals, chicks, ducklings and goslings throughout the year ensure that there are always baby animals of one kind or another to see. |

Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens
Cotswold Wildlife Park, Burford, Oxford is set in 160 acres of parkland and gardens around a listed Victorian Manor House and has been open to the public since 1970.
The Park is home to a fascinating and varied collection of mammals, birds, reptiles and invertebrates from all over the world and aspires to show animals to people - so that they can come to understand and respect all forms of wildlife; to understand what is special about each species, and how the various species have evolved over very long periods of time, adjusting to survive in habitats from many parts of the earth.

Godstone Farm
The children’s farm at Godstone is the most popular
one in the South East. Its also one of the cheapest places
for a fun day out with the family, since one adult goes free
with each paying child. Fantastic Value! Everything is designed
to appeal to the under 9’s age group and to ensure happy
kids and a day trip to remember – in winter as well
as summer.
There are lots of friendly animals – cows, pigs, sheep,
goats, ponies, llamas, chickens, ducks, geese and turkeys,
rabbits and other small animals. The children are encouraged
to cuddle and even to climb in the pens with the smaller animals.
In spring the lambs are enchanting and there are calves, chicks,
ducklings and goat kids there all year round.
The adventure playground is enormous – the largest
in SE England – and there are three large sandpits as
well as lots of wooden bridges, castles and slides and even
a mini toboggan run. The indoor playbarn is also large with
lots of tubes, slides, rope bridges and tunnels. There is
an extra under cover play area and there are special sections
for toddlers both inside and out with toddler-sized amusements
and ride-on tractors.
